    Dr. Adrianne Flack provides leadership and support for the qualitative components of a variety research projects at CPRE and currently leads the third-year qualitative investigation of the implementation of OGAPMath in Philadelphia schools. Adrianne’s area of expertise is qualitative methods with special competencies in discourse analysis and narrative research. Flack is a strong advocate of practitioner research, which has informed her own practices as an adult literacy instructor and tutor. She is also deeply committed to examining issues of diversity, equity and inclusion. Adrianne brings to CPRE an extensive background in higher education as a student affairs practitioner, administrator, and instructor. Her areas of interest include postsecondary choice, college access and completion, adult literacy education, and understanding the links between educational preparation and employment. Adrianne earned an Ed.D. Reading-Writing-Literacy from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.Ed. in Reading and Language Arts from Widener University, an M.Ed. in Counselor Education/College Student Personnel from Penn State University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
