Publications from the National Research and Development Centers - A resource provided by the United States Department of Education. Allows users to search all products and resources from federally funded research and development centers, including CPRE.

Center for Research on Education, Diversity and Excellence (CREDE) - A federally funded research and development program focused on improving the education of students whose ability to reach their potential is challenged by language or cultural barriers, race, geographic location, or poverty.

Center for Research on the Education of Students Placed At-Risk (CRESPAR) - CRESPAR's mission is to conduct research, development, evaluation, and dissemination of replicable strategies designed to transform schooling for students who are placed at risk due to inadequate institutional responses to such factors as poverty, ethnic minority status, and non-English-speaking home background.

Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing (CRESST) - Located within UCLA's Graduate School of Education & Information Studies, CSE/CRESST has long contributed to the development of scientifically based evaluation and testing techniques, vigorously encouraged the development, validation and use of sound data for improved accountability and decision making, and aggressively explored technological applications to improve assessment and evaluation practice.

Center for the Improvement of Early Reading Achievement (CIERA) - A national center for research on early reading, representing a consortium of educators from five universities (the University of Michigan and Michigan State University, with the University of Southern California, the University of Minnesota, and the University of Georgia); teacher educators; teachers; publishers of texts, tests, and technology; professional organizations; and schools and school districts across the United States.

Center for the Study of Teaching and Policy (CTP) - The Center for the Study of Teaching and Policy, a consortium of several major universities, focuses on the system-wide improvement of learning and teaching and the development of a highly capable, committed teaching force.

National Center for Early Development and Learning (NCEDL) - NCEDL focuses on enhancing the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children.

National Center for Improving Student Learning and Achievement in Mathematics and Science (NCISLA) - Our Center has worked with teachers and schools to study and develop ways to advance K-12 students' learning of mathematics and science.

National Center for Postsecondary Improvement (NCPI) - In April of 1996, the National Center for Postsecondary Improvement (NCPI) opened its doors to undertake an ambitious agenda of research, dissemination, and outreach activities for the improvement of higher education in the United States.

National Center for the Study of Adult Learning and Literacy (NCSALL) - NCSALL's efforts are dedicated to improving practice in educational programs that serve adults with limited literacy and English language skills, and those without a high school diploma.

National Research & Development Center on English Learning & Achievement (CELA) - Since 1987, CELA has been conducting research dedicated to gaining knowledge to improve students' English and literacy achievement.

National Research Center on the Gifted and Talented (NRC/GT) - The work of The National Research Center on the Gifted and Talented (NRC/GT) is guided by emerging research about the broadened conception of human potential and the need to develop "high-end learning" opportunities for all of America's students.
